Delivery Policy

Every VoltBy order is digital and delivered by email. Nothing is printed or mailed, so there is no shipping cost and nothing to wait for in the post.

When you’ll get your order

• Self-Edit: your editable Canva template link is emailed to you right after purchase — usually within minutes, and always within 24 hours.
• We-Edit: we personalize the design with the details you send us and email you the finished files (PNG and PDF) within 24 hours.

Where it goes

We send your order to the email address you enter at checkout. If you don’t see it, please check your spam, junk or promotions folder.

Didn’t get it or used the wrong email?

Email contact@voltby.net with your order number and we’ll resend it straight away.

Printing

You can print your design at home, at a local print shop or with an online printing service, or share it digitally by text, email or social media.
