These terms apply to every purchase from VoltBy (voltby.net). By placing an order, you agree to them.

What you’re buying

VoltBy sells digital designs: editable Canva templates (Self-Edit) and designs we personalize for you (We-Edit). Everything is delivered by email — no physical item is shipped. See our Delivery Policy for delivery times.

Your license

Your purchase is for personal use. You may edit, download, print and share your finished design for your own event or celebration.

You may not resell, redistribute, share or copy the template itself, claim the design as your own, or use our templates to make products for sale.

Canva

Self-Edit templates open in Canva. A free Canva account is enough. Canva is a separate service with its own terms, and VoltBy is not responsible for Canva outages or changes to Canva’s features.

We-Edit orders

Please double-check the details you send us (names, dates, times, addresses). We copy them exactly as provided, and we’ll gladly correct anything we got wrong.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Sale prices apply only while the sale is running. Payment is taken at checkout.

Printing

Colors can look different on screen and on paper. VoltBy isn’t responsible for print results caused by printers, print shops, paper or color settings.

Refunds

If something is wrong with your order, we fix it or refund it. See our Refund Policy for details.
